TRANSFER CHOICES: Your guide for transferring to a four-year college or university
Wake Tech has partnerships with four-year colleges and universities that allow you to transfer and complete your bachelor's degree.
Transfer to a UNC System Institution:
The Associate in Science (AS) and Associate in Arts (AA) degrees transfer up to 64 credits to institutions within the UNC system (UNC Comprehensive Articulation Agreement). For the latest specifics on coursework transfers, visit http://www.northcarolina.edu/aa/articulation/index.htm.
Transfer to Private NC Colleges and Universities:
Many private colleges and universities in North Carolina offer a smooth transfer process to community college students who wish to continue their education at an NCICU (North Carolina Independent Colleges and Universities) institution. For more information about specific schools, visit http://www.ncicu.org/news.html.
Transfer with Career and Technical Degrees
Many of the Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degrees at Wake Tech transfer in full or in part to four-year colleges and universities in North Carolina. For information on current articulation agreements, select an institution from the menu on the left side of the page.
NOTE: Courses of study offered by transfer institutions may change with or without notice. The programs outlined here were current when posted; however, final decisions about the transfer of coursework are made by the transfer institution, not by Wake Tech. Interested students should contact the transfer institution early in their program of study at Wake Tech.
